We Believe In One God
“We believe in one true God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, who is eternal and unchanging, full of grace and truth. He is the source of all life, the sustainer of all creation, and the foundation of our faith.
His wisdom and power are unmatched, and His love and mercy are limitless,” grounded in the words of scripture alone, which serve as our ultimate authority and guide in understanding His nature and will for all of mankind
We Believe In One Lord
We believe in one Lord – Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ), who is the King of all kings and the Savior of the world. He is God’s anointed and chosen servant, sent to save mankind according to the Father’s will and perfect plan.
Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus fulfilled God’s promises and made a way for mankind to be reconciled with the Father. His love, grace, and sacrifice remain the foundation of our faith and hope for eternal life.
We Believe In One Faith
We believe in one faith, firmly grounded in the teachings of the Bible, which serves as our ultimate guide and unwavering source of truth. This faith unites us in our shared commitment to live according to God’s word, His will, and His ways, as revealed through scripture (Ephesians 4:5).
The Bible provides us with direction, comfort, and purpose, illuminating the path we are called to follow. Through its teachings, we find the strength to navigate life’s challenges and the wisdom to grow in love, compassion, and service to the brethren, all while faithfully honoring and glorifying God Almighty in everything we do (Romans 3:30).
We Believe You Must Be Born Again
The concept of being “born again” is a fundamental aspect of salvation, primarily rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ as recorded in the New Testament. According to the Bible, the term “born again” refers to a spiritual rebirth, a transformation that occurs when an individual believes on the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, marking the beginning of a new life in Christ. This idea is most famously articulated in the Gospel of John, where Jesus explains to Nicodemus, a Pharisee, that “unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3).
This spiritual rebirth signifies a departure from an old way of living characterized by sin, and an embrace of a new life filled with grace, righteousness, and the indwelling of God’s Spirit. The Apostle Paul further elaborates on this concept in his letters, emphasizing that those who are in Christ are new creations: “The old has passed away; behold, the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Being born again involves repentance, a turning away from one’s past transgressions, and a commitment to follow the teachings of Jesus.
Furthermore, the process of being born again is considered a work of God, through God’s Spirit, who convicts individuals of their need for a Savior and miraculously regenerates their hearts. It is not merely mankind’s effort but an act of God that results in a profound, lasting change, enabling believers to live a life set free from sin and submitting to the commands and will of the Father.
We Believe Salvation Comes From Living Faith
The Bible provides a comprehensive perspective on salvation, emphasizing that it is by grace through faith, and not by works, so no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9). This underscores that salvation is a gift from God, unearned and freely given to those who believe on Jesus Christ. However, James 2:17 reminds us that faith without works is dead, that genuine faith naturally produces good works as its fruit. James 2:24 clarifies that justification is not by faith alone. James 2:26 declares faith without works is a dead faith.
Faith is a shortened form of the words “faithful” or “faithfulness,” which refer to obedience, loyalty, trust, and unwavering devotion. The word “faith” is often described as a verb, signifying an action or a choice to actively, wholeheartedly believe in something or someone, even without tangible proof. Biblical faith encompasses trust, hope, and confidence in God Almighty. Biblical faith is more than just believing – it’s about living righteously, trusting fully in God, and dedicating your whole heart to loving God, glorifying Him in deed and truth (1 John 3:18).
Moreover, Philippians 2:12 encourages believers to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,” highlighting the necessity for an active and reverent engagement with one’s faith. This does not imply that salvation is achieved solely by works, but rather that believers are to live out their faith in obedience and devotion, reflecting the transformative power of God in their lives. Thus, while salvation begins through faith, it is evidenced by a life committed to obeying Christ, and God’s commands.
We Believe In The Word of God
Affirming the wisdom and timeless truth of scripture, the organization declared, “God’s word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, guiding us in righteousness” (Psalm 119:105). This profound declaration underscores their mission to provide spiritual direction and support for individuals seeking a deeper biblical understanding.
By illuminating the path of righteousness, they aim to inspire, educate, and equip others with the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges through faith and scripture, fostering a community rooted in biblical insight and hope.
We Believe That Love Is a Central Commandment
“Love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God” (1 John 4:7). This powerful message serves as a guiding principle, reminding us that love for the brethren is not just an emotion but a gift that originates from God Himself.
It highlights the profound connection between love and faith, clarifying that to truly know God, one must embrace and live out love for the brethren (1 John 3:14) in their daily lives. Love becomes both a reflection of one’s spiritual rebirth and a testament to their relationship with the one true God, encouraging us to foster compassion, kindness, and selflessness in all we do.
We Believe That Faith Is a Foundation of Life
Highlighting the profound significance of faith, the declaration echoes the timeless truth, “Without faith, it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6). Faith is presented not simply as a concept but as an essential cornerstone of a meaningful relationship with God. We encourage individuals to cultivate steadfast faith, emphasizing the importance of trust and belief in God’s promises.
Faith acknowledges the depth of God’s mercy and grace, demonstrated through redemption offered in Jesus Christ. This is underscored by the reminder, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23), pointing to mankind’s universal need for salvation and the transformative power of faith in overcoming sin and embracing God’s love.
We Believe In Loving God Almighty With All Of Our Heart
Loving God, according to the Bible, involves several key actions and attitudes that demonstrate a deep and sincere devotion. Firstly, it means keeping His commandments, demonstrating our love for God (John 14:15). This involves living in accordance with God’s ways and living according to His will.
Additionally, loving God requires wholeheartedly following Him, which the Bible describes as seeking Him with all our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37). This comprehensive devotion means prioritizing God above all else in our lives. Furthermore, the Bible emphasizes the importance of trust and faith in God, acknowledging His sovereignty and goodness in all circumstances.
Lastly, loving God includes worshiping Him in spirit and truth, ensuring that our worship is sincere and rooted in an understanding of His nature and character (John 4:24). By embodying these principles, we not only express our love for God but also cultivate a closer relationship with Him.
We Believe In Enduring Till The End, Faithfully
The Bible emphasizes the necessity of enduring till the end as a crucial component of salvation. In Matthew 24:13, it states, “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” This enduring faith is not merely about maintaining belief but involves actively living out one’s faith amidst challenges and adversities.
The apostle Paul, in his letters, often highlights the necessity of perseverance, urging believers to stand firm in their faith and continue striving towards the goal, even in the face of trials (Philippians 3:14).
Additionally, the Book of James encourages believers to view trials as opportunities for growth, as “the testing of your faith produces perseverance” (James 1:3). Through steadfast endurance, believers demonstrate their commitment to God’s promises and their unwavering trust in His plan, ultimately securing their place in eternal salvation.
